How it works
No Claude account needed — analysis runs on the server
1. You log into VCOMPRO with your own account as usual. 2. You search comparables in VCOMPRO — state, district, scheme, land area etc. 3. You click the bookmarklet — it reads the results table from your browser and sends the data to this server. 4. This page receives the data and sends it to the AI analysis engine (Claude API) — your API key stays on the server, invisible to valuers. 5. A full valuation report appears — comparable table, stats, market value estimate, confidence level, client summary.

Admin setup required
Before valuers can use this tool, the admin must:
1. Upload analyse.php, config.php, .htaccess and this HTML file to your cPanel hosting
2. Edit config.php and add your Anthropic API key
3. Update the SERVER_URL at the top of this page's script to your hosting URL
4. Share this page URL with your valuers — that's it!
